Geared towards novice gardeners/farmers and health nuts looking to be more informed. We include collaborative options which range from plant basics to nutrition & diet based meal preparation classes.
The Family Heirloom :
Most health issues are a result of bad habits which are passed down from generation to generation. In this program, we work with a specific family or neighborhood to re-establish their dominion over their health. Identifying, Breaking, & Empowering the generations to let go of the chains of old habits.

Big T Little t, Disciple a Mint-tea :
A harvest time fellowship of a small group consisting of mentors, mentees and a program administrator. Growing and brewing tea can be an invigorating way to start the morning or end the day. The program is geared toward young people in the art of growing and making herbal teas. The program includes points of prayer, taking the time to reflect on yesterday and/or plan for the day, and yields guided actions for growth.
Food Desert Rehydration :
A program literally geared to revitalizing a community and making fresh nutrient dense produce available across a municipality. Many Urban or Micro-Farms networking to solve a community problem.
The L.E.A.F. Project :
Fresh Green vegetables aren't a common challenge for every locality, but almost everyone imports fresh fruits. With an Urban forest we look to eliminate the miles driven to provide fresh fruit to its constituents. This is a collaborative effort between, LWH, the citizens, city government, & other interested parties.

C-4 (Cut - Clean - Cook - Chew) :
Living without the microwave...Going from Farm to Table, but exploding with healthy flavor! This dynamic hands on class explores exactly how to take food from the farm literally to the table.
Out of the box :
Most food that can be bought comes in box. This program develops networks and provides connection points to streams of nutrient rich food whether for a family, a neighborhood, a school, a business, even a restaurant. Even if that means build a farm in the desert. Talk about Farm Fresh!
12 Baskets for Fragments :
With so much food distributed, there are bound to be plenty of crumbs, why should they end up in the landfill or fall by the wayside? Herein, one would learn how to re-purpose what otherwise would be waste.
